Does the agent and/or homeowner need to be present for the photoshoot?
It depends. As long as the photographer can gain access to the property, no one needs to be present. We have worked completely alone in homes as well as with entire families at home.
Do accept credit cards?
We send invoices through email, either a Word document for payment by check or a Google Invoice payable by all major credit cards.
How do you create 360 Tours?
We use a high-quality, digital SLR camera mounted on a tripod to take 17 photographs in a circle which then get merged together into a panoramic image. That image is made into a Flash movie, which plays on almost every computer.
What if it is raining on our scheduled day?
Rain will generally only affect exterior photographs. However, if it is a very dark day, it will hamper it on the inside some as well. We do our best to make sure you get the photographs you need and when you need them. If it is possible to shoot the interiors on the rainy day, we can come back the next available dry day to take the exteriors.
Why is there not a photograph of the powder room on our virtual tour?
Although some real estate photographers choose to show every room of a home no matter how small or what condition it is in, we choose to show only the main living areas. Even with the use of wide angle lenses, we believe these elements are best seen by home buyers when they visit the property.
How do we know if people are visiting our virtual tours?
For any virtual tours that utilize a custom domain name that we acquire, we install Google Analytics onto the tour. Then we can set up for you to receive reports daily or weekly on your webs site traffic.
