ANATOMY OF A SHOOT

You've made the decision to hire a professional photographer to shoot your listings for you. What now?

First, contact Square Foot Photography

You will want to contact us about a week before your listing is ready to go live, or earlier if your client's property is in 'open house' condition to be photographed.

We will schedule an appointment to meet you or the homeowner at the property or receive access through a combination box on the front door. On average we spend 60 to 90 minutes in a property depending on size. We then edit the photographs and choose the best of the best to represent all of the rooms necessary and create your virtual tour.

The domain name is acquired and your virtual tour goes live within 24 hours of the photo shoot. We email you the URL for review and give you a User ID and Password to the Admin area where you can download hi-res versions of each of the photographs for use in brochures as well as the MRIS (Individual photographs are uploaded by Realtors©, we upload the virtual tour links for you).

The day your listing goes live, send us an email with the MLS# and price of the property and we will upload the tour link to the MRIS and if you have chosen to, to Realtor.com.

We will invoice you in the method you have chosen, such as a Word document emailed to you, payable by check, or we can send you a Google Checkout invoice which you can pay easily online with your credit card.

TESTIMONIAL

"Square Foot Photography offers one-stop shopping and phenomenal results.

While my clients were impressed with the quality of the photographs and the website, they were even more impressed with the full-price offer for their home.

Our buyer stated at settlement that he knew he'd found his next home when he saw the website and photographs.

Thank you, Square Foot!"
